Location The apartment is located in a very lively and safe area of Copacabana, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries, groceries, supermarkets and shops opened till late in the evening, buses, metro, taxis available around the clock. The metro takes you directly to the historic center of Rio de Janeiro. 500 meters from the beach.

Cleaning Service cleaning services are free of charge. It includes cleaning the bathrooms, and mopping the floors, changing towels and bedlinens every week.

Additionals: If you need to get your clothes ironing and washing, please ask Mrs Marluce to do so. In this case you will need to arrange the fee directly with her.

Payment: We will be asking you to pay 50% of the total rent to secure the reservation by bank transfer or by paypal. I strongly recommend to use paypal as it is cheaper than a bank transfer, it is transparent and save. However, if you decide to use bank transfer, I will be sending you my bank details. The rest of the 50% should be paid before entering the apartment.
